Not only do they have the best deals on shoes, the customer service is outstanding! I went in with my son who is Autistic & non-verbal. When we were done my son was sad to leave!
My son can be quite the challenge especially with strangers. The gentleman who helped us was so kind & patient. He did not treat my son any differently which I have yet to experience in a retail environment. The entire staff was super friendly & helpful.
When he would get a pair of shoes for him to try he would always tell me the cost of them & if they were on clearance he would tell me if they were discontinued or not. Which is a big deal to us because my son only likes certain shoes so sometimes we have to stock up on them!
Until he is out of children's shoes we will not even step foot in another shoe store for his shoes!
