I used to love Dr. Chiu - she really is a great doctor and she is definitely very smart. But the past four times I have been to her office, I have had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time for her to see me - she is ALWAYS late. When she has finally come to my room, she has rushed through my appointment and I get about 2 minutes to spend with her. \r

I come in for skin checks since there is a history of skin cancer in my family, and I don't feel like she is doing an adequate job of checking my skin like she used to because so little time is spent with me. If there was an issue, I think I would have to point it out.\r

I have a few friends who also go to Dr. Chiu and they they have mentioned the same issues as I have above, and that it has gotten worse over the past year. It may be time to find a new doctor, which is a shame because I do trust her and think she is a great dermatologist. Maybe she shouldn't book so many appointments in a day to help stay on schedule.
