I saw Dr. Chiu for a few large freckles that I wanted removed. Her front desk and staff are friendly and warm. She answered all of my questions, even ones that were unrelated to what I was seeing her for. She is extremely knowledgable about asian skin and the problems that we tend to have with hyper-pigmentation. She gives you the best options and educates you and will always go for what's best for your skin. She also doesn't push for the most expensive option, which I find a lot of offices do. I have since recommended Bellevue Laser & Cosmetic Center to everyone I know. I sent a friend's dad there for a severe eczema problem that his dermatologist couldn't fix for years. She fixed it and now he can bend his fingers again. His daughter visiting from Hong Kong needed freckles/moles removed, and she said, ""It's worth the price of a plane ticket to go see her!"". Dr. Chiu is truly the best.
