Dr. Chiu and Nicki Vaseghi came highly recommended by friends. Previously I had seen Dr. Chiu for botox, which seems to have lasted forever. Still even today I keep getting compliments about how natural it looks. This time I came in to see Nicki for an IPL laser treatment which helps me address some lingering dark spots. Nicki is just as breathe of fresh air. She addressed all my concerns while keeping my service upbeat and fun. I have to say that each time I come in the staff is ALWAYS so friendly, attentive and professional, even though I was super late. Since I was over 15 minutes late they gave me the option to either reschedule my appointment to another day or to wait and see if something opened up. Luckily there was a no show and I was able to get in. I did learn that Bellevue Laser and Cosmetic Center does have a cancellation/no show policy, that if you miss your appointment there is a $75 fee. This is fair since they confirm two days in advance. So don’t do what I did and be on time. This time I promise I will check in early. How many doctors offices do you know provide refreshments and let you watch the Bravo channel while you wait. Dr. Chiu’s office is a dream compared to my normal 45 minute wait time at Virginia Mason. Thank you Dr. Chiu , Nicki Vaseghi, and BLCC Staff for giving my family and I the best care. I highly recommend Bellevue Laser & Cosmetic Center .\r
