I wanted to take the time to tell you how pleased I am with Fidelity Locksmith. I called FIDELITY and explained I needed a re-key. In about a 1/2 hour Matt called and said he was on this way. He was here within a few minutes. I explained what I needed done and he went right to work. It took about an hour or so but he finished all the work including the key cutting. He also went over all the things he had to replace from the last guy, i.e. tumbler pins etc. that the last locksmith had done wrong. He didn't charge for this he just fixed it.
Will I call Fidelity Locksmith in the future you bet I will and I will be sure to ask for Matt. He's the best!!!
Thanks again Fidelity and thanks again Matt for being professional, courteous and really caring about my families safety and security.
