Swansboro Property Management is an excellent organization. I worked directly with Dave and he was extremely helpful and assisted me in renting a home while I was still in Texas. He is extremely knowledgeable and assisted in nearly all of my requests. My only complaint, which is admittedly minor, is that when I requested additional photos of a property I was looking to rent, he never followed through. I wouldn't let that worry you about using this company, Dave definitely came through with flying colors. Highly recommend.
As for any so called ""doesn't support the military"" talk, let's end that debate here: I'm a U.S. Marine, he's a former Navy Corpsman, and he's still taking care of Marines to this day. Have no fear!
