The way I ended up working with Swansboro Property Managment was through a friend. When I was still in the Marine Corps a friend of mine had a great rental home for a good price. When my friend left the house Dave notified my friend that he had to take some money out of the security deposit because they had broken Ta chandelier (i.e. - they take care of the properties). I was leaving town and so I needed to find a property Managment group that would take care of my property and be able to consistently get the rental money to me. Dave has done an excelent job of keeping my houses rented out over the last 2 years and if anyone thinks they are special enough to keep a house reserved without any current down-payment; Please Don't Wast My Time. Swansboro property Managment defines professionalism and is by far one of the best rental companies throughout that Jacksonville area (based of rates and services especially).
Pros: Great Rental Prices for Quality Homes
Cons: Will not hold properties for two weeks?
