I just called in from San Francisco to order flowers for a friend and talked to Esther (who automatically has a leg up on the competition, because she shares her name with the first love of my life - my granny!). I had a request for anthuriums, which apparently NO ONE in the Detroit area has in stock. I explained the need for a quick delivery and Esther went out of her way to call the distributor and arrange for anthuriums to be delivered tomorrow! She called me back with the good news and I was able to place my order... \r

I highly recommend! \r

Regarding one of the other postings about the lady behind the counter with the out-of-date hairdo: If it was Esther, then I stand up and say leave her alone!!!! My granny didn't have the most up-to-date hairdo, either, but was a beautiful person on the inside! :)\r
