We researched 3 companies to buy our phone system . A Phone Jack was competively priced, quick to respond , informative and friendly.We are so glad we chose them .\r
They had to overcome problems with our account because our phone provider couldn't give us our phone lines on time. Despite the dificulties they were great . Paula in thier office was well informed and kept us up to date with all the service visits. Matt Parker came out and sold us a great Panasonic Phone system, helped his team hook it up. Gave us great advice on using the phone system to open security doors from the doors intercom systems . Matt stayed on top of the account with communicating the next installation phase , and taught us how to use the phone system . \r
Our door was installed a little off kilter, ( a different contractor) and the security system door striker needed an adjusment. Matt's father Richard came out and adjusted the door striker. He took extra time to cut it out so it would work well in all seasons. Even vacuumed up the sawdust. They were great . Our business relies on our phones. \r
The panasonic phone system works well. The phone installation was excellent. They gave us free internet network advice. They helped us customize the installation to meet our smaller budget. \r

Pros: Great service , Knowledgable and Quick Service.
Cons: none that I experienced.
