I spent a few months in Parshall, ND, and ate at the Scenic 23 more times than I can count. It was such a nice place to eat. The staff was always so friendly. I don't think I ever had a bad meal there. There is a bar attached that can make a mean margarita. I did have to wait for a seat a few times, but it wasn't so bad. I would say it's the best place to eat around there, but I think it's the only place...but that makes it even better.\r
