I'm shocked to see all the good reviews from this company. We used their services last year after seeing all the good reviews, and yes, they got the job done, but they were about as lazy of movers as you could get. Smoke breaks every 15 minutes, too.
We moved again last week and I tried to use their services again, but this experience dropped my decent experience last time to a miserable experience. Our moving truck was delayed, so I called with plenty of time (1.5 hrs) for them to turn around and reschedule. They told us they wouldn't reschedule, and they were already on their way and their guys don't carry cell phones, so there was no way to reach them. When they arrived 30 minutes late, they wanted to charge us the full amount -- I contested, and they both pulled out their *cell phones* to call their boss. If you ask me, when the owner flat out lies to you over the phone, they're running a shady business. Pay the extra for professionals willing to have some flexibility.
