Review content:
I brought a car from Reinhardt Motors Prattville with a clean CarFax record. I've had this car now for about two years with no major problems, only minor problems such as changed out brakes and rotors, purchase a new set of tires, keep gas in it, and keep the oil changed. I went to another dealership to have my vechicle traded-in. While browsing the lot at other cars, the salesman had my vehicle evaluated and asked if I were aware of the vehicle been previously damages with a paint job on the rear. I was like what the....I advised him that I was not aware of those previously problems. He also advised that the CarFax indiciates a clean record, and maybe the first car owner may have paid out of pocket. Wow, I was so distarted by the fact that I've been browsing the lot since 5:00 p.m. and at about 2 hours later still at the dealership. I'm thinking to myself, ""yeah...I'm finally about to get the car of my dreams,"" and the salesman comes to tell me this bad news about the damages that was done to my car and me not be aware of it. I thought that I had woken up from a nightmare. I feel like I was ripped off and dealt with a dishonest previous salesman at Reinhardt Motors Prattville, AL, whom should have at least told me about the car damage; then, at that point, I could have negotiated and quoted a fair purchase price. Therefore, could have also determined if I still wanted the vehicle from him under those such conditions. I feel like that's bad service, bad customer service, and dishonesty from a salesman trying to make a dollar.
