Review content:
Target published a 24 page circular in our local newspaper on 11/28/2010. On the front page they had lowest price of the season specials. When I went to the store I found out that 2 items were not in stock, never were in stock, and the salesman told me they had none on order. I asked if I could have the floor model and was told no. I asked to speak with the manager who refused to come out of hiding from under his desk but instead sent a clueless Leader On Duty who told me that I should come back every day for the next 5 days and see if they got any in.., right waste my time and gas to chase a non-existent special. This bait and switch technique is not only poor business practice but illegal, More people should complain. I am also filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency.
