BEWARE of STARR AUTO DETAIL- The Black Car Specialists Los Angeles\r

They will potentially RUIN THE BLACK FINISH ON YOUR VEHICLE and you will have to PAY SOMEONE ELSE to reverse what they have done to your car! \r

First, I set an appointment with Mark (who I believe is the owner) for a complete exterior detail to my black vehicle. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional, but to my surprise, someone else showed up at my door.\r

To begin with, I am a car enthusiast and my vehicle is like new. I take pride in my vehicle and keep it very clean. \r

When the detail was finished. All the existing flaws in the paint where still highly visible along with the addition of some new clay marks left in the hood. Also, the PAINT FINISH WAS LEFT DULL AND MATTED as if it needed a coat of wax! When I pointed this out, the detailers just shrugged their shoulders.\r

When I complained to Mark, he acted very concerned and said, he forgot to tell them what needed to be done to the vehicle, and that he would be out to do the job correctly. After rearranging my schedule to have him do it, HE STOOD ME UP. He then began to avoid my calls and not return my messages. When I did reach him, he acted concerned but then just blew me off in the end.\r

Obviously, he does not stand behind his work or what he says. \r

Don?t be persuaded by his professional demeanor or his website. You will probably be treated the same way. \r
