Review content:
I've lived in Austin Ranch for about 2 years now. Beautiful community but the leasing office is HORRIBLE. In my first apt there they LOST my rent check!!!!! I got a notice for a late fee on my door!! So I go down there and this lady rummages through a stack of papers and say ""oh here it is""!!!! Priceless!!! So I move into a new place and there were a dozen things wrong. (I should have known) Needed a new door bell, toilets weren't secure, shower door was broken off, and the list went on and on. They were fixing stuff at my new apt for the first 2 weeks... Things that should have already been done!!! In addition, when I first moved to my new place I was getting stuff out of my car and went to go back into my apt and the door was locked. I thought this was strange I just came out of it. I realized I had my keys on me and opened the door. All the lights were shut off and I became confused and then realized I WAS IN MY NEIGHBORS APT!!!!!!! My key opened up my neighbor’s door!!!!!!!!!!! So when I went down to the leasing office they told me that they would change my locks and to just throw away the old keys.... They NEVER told my neighbor that he had to switch his locks... so I just had a spare key to my neighbors apt!?!?!?!? WTH!!! The lady at the leasing office also told me that it was common to have the same lock as someone else but it was usually in another phase... REALLLY!!!! So they came out and switched my locks and now my NEW keys WONT work.. So that means I have to go down to the office AGAIN to get new keys. There are WAY too many people living in Austin Ranch for the staff to keep up with. AND THEY ARE BUILDING NEW PHASES!!! It's unfortunate too because the community is so pretty. However, I can't wait to get out of my lease and leave Austin Ranch and NEVER EVER EVER EVER look back.
