Businiess name:  Jorve Windows Roof & Deck

Review content:
The problem with Jorve roofing is they lure you in with a better-than-average sales team (of 2 for us) who comes to your house and creates a nice proposal (pictures, details of what's to be done.) Once they have you signed to a contract, that level of service vanishes. From missed timelines to shody work, Jorve failed to match their promises with work delivered.\r \r I could go into details, but the summary of it all is they are not a company that makes you feel good through out the project. Project managers should be on the job site at the first sign of a problem; We never even saw our project manager in the 6 MONTHS it took to complete the roofing/sky light job on an 1100 Sq ft house.\r \r From the begining, they were great, but beware of what happens after the contract. And make sure you are very vocal THROUGH OUT the job about getting it done right the first time (i.e. ""Don't strip those screws!!"", or "" Would you mind cleaning the mess you made?!"")\r \r If we had to do it again, we would've gone with A Better Roofing as they were the second choice (out of Jorve, Bruce's, Home Depot, and A Better.) Their prices may be ala carte, but Jorve should be performing much better considering they WERE NOT the cheapest out of the 4.\r \r Summary:\r Missed timelines (And not even showing up on certain weeks)\r shody work (""That is NOT done, don't even tell me you intend to leave that like that!"")\r Broken promises\r Lame follow up from management\r Expensive for this?!?!
