I've lived in Green Briar West for almost two years and unfortunately won't live here for a third. \r

CONS: the ceiling is paper thin. You hear EVERYTHING your neighbor upstairs does and I've been so unlucky as TWO sets of noisy neightbors living on top of me all this time. In the middle of the night they walk around, drop things on the floor, talk incessantly and in loud voices, roll furniture... I pound on the wall to let them know they woke someone up and they are so cute that they redouble their efforts and stomp on the floor. \r

The worst part is that I complained to the landlord and nothing changed. I called and left many messages in the middle of the night and was then accused by the landlady of *frightening the neighbors upstairs with my antics*. They upstairs neighbor told the landlord they weren't making any noise but that they heard banging on the walls from me. When I asked the landlord if it seemed logical to her that I would wake up in the middle of the night, pound on the wall and then call her to complain, she had no answer. But basically told me to put up with it. Oh, and even if I wanted ot move I wouldn't get my security deposit back because I'd be breaking the lease. So... take it and like it. \r

SO night after night after night after night I am awakened by the people upstairs and have no choice but to endure the sleeplessness. \r

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GREEN BRIAR WEST UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE AWAKENED BY YOUR UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS AND GET NO HELP FROM THE LANDLORD.

Cons: PAPER THIN CEILINGS / NOISY NEIGHBORS / UNRESPONSIVE LANDLORD
