i would not say this firestone location is excellent in its service, but they are not the worst either..i have used another firestone on champion forest drive that is so-so, and i have used a dealership (demontrond) that was horrible,and a few other service centers...it all depends on their mechanics and what they find is wrong with your car..any service center is going to sell you whatever, because thats their job..they dont just do oil changes..what matters is the sincerity of the employees and the courtesy..the price is just about the same everywhere, unless you have your own ""mom and pop"" type place to bring your car..ask questions and ask price..you dont have to do everything they recommend!!a psss..the old manager here was scruffy and a bit rude..the newer guy is not quite so bad..i have been using this place since about 2002...
