Review content:
Jr's tree service recently provided tree cutting service to my neighbor. There was one tree branch which provides major shade to my yard that I preferred not to have cut. I politely asked the foreman if that branch was targeted to be cut. He said yes.
I contacted my neighbor (who wasn't home) to ask if they minded leaving that branch. My neighbor said, ""sure! Tell the foreman to hold off on cutting it until I can get there"".
When I then returned to tell the foreman, he was nasty and unprofessional to me, telling me ""I only talk to the owner, take a hike. I'm not stopping."". I put my neighbor on the phone to talk to the foreman and he only got nastier, accusing me of lying by having a stranger on the phone.
Throughout this entire time, I was extremely polite to the gentleman. There was no need for his nasty attitude and rudeness. It was completely uncalled for.
I have a tree that needs pruning in my yard. Jr's Tree Service will be the LAST service I ever call to handle that need.
