Thought we had a bargin with the price compared to others. \r
There is always a reason...\r
Made a complete mess with the glue on templating with no warnings of covering things, brought no drop cloths to cover the new floor or drawers and items in them. Left trash in the sink base.\r
Arrived to install, and I had to make them take it out and grind the wall side due to not fitting and jaming into the new sheet rock walls, (cracked). Had sawn edge that showed clearly while against the wall which created the gap that would not allow it to fit to the next pieces correctly. Once ground the gaps were tighter and fit.\r
Did not follow drop in sink mfg. instructions to flip over and outline, measured for over an hour to fit, then still tight. (I've done these so I know how easy it is to flip over and create the template to cut which also allows you to KNOW where it ends up)\r
Cut the sink base supports out and broke off the back support completely even tho it sat against the wall and sink and holes were 2"" away and 4"" away. There was no reason to cut the back support at all. Cut front support prior to setting in place to measure also. completely removing any support to the sink at all. \r
We had to have the front rebuilt between the cross boards to support the sink and allow mounting of the false front. (they left holes that you could see through to the sink on bran new over $400 cabinet)\r
gouged the wall behind sink base while cutting where it did NOT need to be cut and fitting around window and refridg. were not correct. 3 days for repairs to be made by others while waiting for them to respond. needless to say additionl 3 days labor, plus repair costs and materials.\r
After several contacts and 3 reviews which allowed us to post pictures, we finally received a reply saying it would be taken care of after they received pictures. Sent photos and heard nothing for another week or there abouts. (I've got the messages so could figure out just how long if needed.)\r
Finally receive a call agreeing to pay for the damaged sink base with the receipt being supplied, and I'd let the other damages and mis-fits slide.\r
Traveled over 2 hours yet again, and they then dickered my husband on the price of the cabinet too!\r
He left with $300, not the agreed amount, I'm searching for lawer and more customers with bad experience to file suit against them. Since they did not stick to the agreed amount, now going to file for ALL damaged areas, down time, time spent to travel to their office, and all other incential expenses including lawer fees.
