Review content:
I have supported Town Hall for over 10 years now and my children have been through almost every program offered. I find them very disorganized especially in recent years. The staff is unprofessional, and rude. It takes forever for them to return a phone call and they will never go out of their way to accomodate you. I have seen them embarass parents/guardians over money in front of other parents. They staff talks about mothers and fathers behind their backs, as if they are better than other people. I had one toddler ""teacher"" call my child, ""stand-offish"". Shy, quitet, yes, but stand-offish implies that the child has intent. As a parent, you do not wish for your child to be overfriendly with every ADULT they meet anyway and this was not an insructor that she had on a daily basis in recent years. The programs offer nothing more than a few hours to socialize with other children and parents. There is no real teaching going on. I AGREE with the above review, that certain children are favored and treated differently. It depends on whether their personality suits that of the instructor. I have witnessed children being yelled at because patience has worn thin. Years ago, I always supported and promoted Town Hall, but now I would not recommend them at all.
