Hopefully this gets through to the manager. We had a cat hospital call in a prescription for our cat, and the pharmacist did not bother to check the owner's name! So when my wife goes to pick up the prescription, and repeatedly stated it was for a pet, the pharmacist failed to ask for the pet's name, so was never able to give her the prescription. Then I called the cat hospital and they mentioned the pet's name, and I thought hrmm, what if it was in the pet's name. Sure enough when I called the CVS, they had the prescription. Lesson learned here, and hope CVS learns from this. When you get a prescription from a vet, be sure to ask for the owner's name. The pet is very unlikely to be the one picking up the prescription.
