Wow. Haven't received such poor customer service in a VERY long time. Hardware guy starts off with the typical niceties, and then as I explain the hardware I'm looking for, tries to correct me as to what it is I have (I was right and I was asking for the correct thing). He then yells that they don't have it, and he tells me that as soon as I said I was looking for it in stainless that I killed the deal. He throws up his hands and storms off.
I killed it? Excuse me.....As soon as I said stainless, you let me down, Anderson Hardware.
Complete A** holes. Don't waste your time.
