Chris was awesome. He came into my very hot house and
explained everything including the pricing structure. I liked this
honest approach. He reviewed the thermostat and inside unit explaining
everything he was looking for and why he was doing it. I know very
little about the workings of the AC/Furnace unit and he pointed out
several things I should know. Then he went outside in the hot humid
weather and explained again what he was doing and why. He gave me price
options and listened to my concerns. He addressed each and there was no
push to pay for any service I didn't want or couldn't afford at the
time. He was very thorough, honest, and especially helpful. He even
went above and beyond by removing the piece of wood my ex-husband had
propped the unit up on because the pad was not level. He looked around
the yard and found some stones to use that were a better option until I
can have the pad replaced. I am so thrilled with the service I will
recommend you to everyone. You truly provide excellent service at a
reasonable price.
