I have gone there several times and when I left with my purchases, I thought it was me. I would ask myself : ""What did I do to upset her? Try harder next time. Does she train her young grandson or what? The owner of the store is elitist, condescending and has no place in sales. Just because she owns the two stores doe not mean that she can be rude, mean and a total piece of work. I bought a large finch feeder two weeks ago. The sale was facilitated by a young man. The finches did not come for 2 weeks. I looked at my receipt and I did not purchase beds, liners or whatever was printed at the bottom of the receipt that clearly stated that they do not exchange or refund those. I purchased a finch feeder what was not feeding and did not get any redirect or instruction as to how I could get the feeder to work. She told me I bought bad seed. I felt like a high school student being absolutely berated and put down in front of my peers. I will never recommend anyone to go there to shop for their pets and I would rather drive to a place far to meet the needs of my pets. Shame, shame, shame. What a shondra.
