Review content:
I've never had a bad experience here. I've been going there for about 14 years (13 then, 27 now), a few times a year. It's been busy every time we go there, but we've never waited longer than 30 minutes (if we don't call ahead) to be seated. The staff is always very nice and the food is always great, like it should be!\r \r I had a horrid experience at the Midvale, UT Chili's (read my post for them). I talked to the area director for Chili's and she was nice enough to send me coupons to make up for what happened at the Midvale location. I wanted to go to the Sandy location because I've never had a bad experience there.\r \r We (my girlfriend and I) ordered the exact same food we had at the Midvale location. My gf's food was great, yet again. This time however, my food was like it was supposed to be! It was awesome to see what Chili's could do with a Country Fried Chicken meal. We were so happy with the waitress too that we wrote a note on the back of the receipt telling her thanks and explaining that her Chili's beat out the Midvale and West Jordan locations. Yes, I also had a horrible experience at the Jordan Landing location, but the manager was nice and made up for it.\r \r One more thing. to make it easier to evaluate this Chili's, we went during the busy dinner service (it was about 7pm when we got there) and we didn't show the meal vouchers to the staff until after we had left. When I went to the Midvale, UT location, the place was pretty much empty. Pros: Never been disappointed with this location Cons: Busy all the time....for a good reason
