Worst purchase experience ever. I bought a brand new 2007 328i from them and after the sale was made was treated like a 2nd class citizen.\r
\r
Also, as part of my purchase I traded in my old car and made an agreement with the salesperson that I could take my aftermarket stereo out of the car since it was expensive. This was part of my sales contract/agreement. They gave me 3 weeks to sell the car on my own and took possession of the car because they said it was legally necessary. I went back 1.5 weeks later to remove the stereo from the car only to find that someone else on their lot had removed it, much to my surprise and dismay. Anyhow, i called the salesperson and they said that they would look into it and try to get it back to me. I never heard back, called again and the salesperson said that it was missing and they could not locate it. Still, no follow up phone call. Well, after 1.5 months of trying to deal with the salesperson (Josh) i went in and asked to speak to a manager. The sales manager named Byron Horter approached me and was almost immediately rude. He tried to blame me for leaving the stereo in the car and said that I was negligent. HA! What a joke. We had made an explicit agreement that I could take the stereo out of the car. They then took possession AND responsibility for my car and its contents. He proceeded to continue to be rude and disrespectful until i got fed up and left.\r

The service department was also rude to me when i took my car in for its first service appointment. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MORE BUSINESS. We need to start standing up to companies that treat their customers like this.
Cons: rude sales and service staff, absolutely no ethics or accountability
