Review content:
Seemed the optician was more interested in upselling, and in doing so, did not measure for my progressive lenses correctly. After remaking, we found that Dr. Kim had the wrong prescription. Went into the Boerne office for a re-visit for prescription and was treated rudely by the girl doing the initial re-work of the prescription. Then Dr. Kim tells me my prescription must have changed in the last 6 weeks. NOT! As it turns out, he did not do the complete exam the first time around, skipping the astygmatism (sp?) test, thus that was the reason for the incorrect glasses after two attempts. The only person who I would recommend would be the optical manager, Linda, as she never treated me rudely and in fact realized the mistakes had been made by the staff, including the Doctor. Since eyeglasses are extremely expensive these days, you are better off spending your time and money with someone besides Trinity Vision in Boerne and Bulverde.
Pros: None for Me
Cons: Extremely Poor Eyecare
