Had selected the car, and negotiated the price, only to have to negotiate the price again when talking to the finance guy ... 5 hours later.\r

Also, had to ask them for a copy of their invoice price 3 times over that same span. Finally got it before going to the finance person.\r

Most unprofessional automobile sales people I've ever dealt with. And knowing the reputation of car sales folks in general, that's saying quite a bit. \r
