Horrible horrible spa. I made the huge mistake of calling this spa and paying for a gift certificate which was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mother. Talk about a Christmas nightmare! They are certainly nice enough when they are taking your credit card number and expiration date but after that, the party is over. What a bunch of incompetent, ill-mannered individuals in this store! I called in the Friday before Christmas because my mother still had not received the gift (ordered on Monday) and she lived right up the street. I was told I purchased the gift at the last minute so I shouldnt be surprised if the Post Office didn't deliver it in time or lost it. WOW - so much for accountability. There is no way I would send my mother to this spa, much less go there myself. I requested a refund. I wont go into that conversation except to say it shaved years off my life. The woman on the phone kept saying she was just a child and I was a grown woman and should not hold her responsible for things beyond her control. I don't know who is actually at this store, but it all sounded incredibly problematic. Save your money and use the spa down the street. I called a different spa who, after taking my phone order for over $200 was more than accommodating. That is how that experience was supposed to go - when someone takes your money, they are at least cordial. This place is anyone's holiday nightmare. When they go out of business - which will eventually happen, I am celebrating. Too many bad businesses out there who don't understand the idea that customer service is important and this business is a prime example. I wouldn't let any loved ones set foot in this place.
