THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.
I was at their Honda parts office twice (3379 Sunrise Blvd.Rancho Cordova, CA 95742). First time the customer service guy told that they have what I need and asked me to wait a little bit until they will find it. I was waiting for about one hour, and during all this time he was telling me that ""don't worry they are looking for the part I need"". And then he said I will find it by myself and he needed five minutes to go some where and came back. When he came back he told me that they don't have what I need. And that is all what he said, nothing about apologies. The second time I asked about airbag cable, and the customer service guy told me that I can come tomorrow and I can buy it. I asked him if he is sure that they have it. He said : ABSOLUTELY! When I came on the next day that guy was not there, and the guy who was there told me: I don't care what he told you, we don't have that part. No apologies at all. THAT IS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. HORRIBLE.
