They do not return phone calls, deal with the renters, make repairs in a timely manner. They do not contact you at all. They have not collect the rent increase on my rental property in 6 months. Despite my repeated phone calls to collect the rent. Now they have not collected the rent for the previous month. I have had to deal with complaints from the neighbors etc.
Cons: They are not anything they say they are.
