I already put reviews in two other review sites, but it's not enough. It all started when I agreed to a setup/price structure with them. My wife went in to place a deposit and was told to pay more than we were supposed to. I called to follow up that the right order was taken care of and make sure we we're still on schedule the next day. I was told that it was a mistake and that they had the right plan and they would get it done it two weeks. I also asked that they obtain a mortgage survey as I could not find mine (just bought this house). Two weeks went by and no fence. I called and was told that they were waiting on our mortgage survey. I reiterated my request for them to get it not once more, not twice, but three times before someone said they had taken care of it (and that was when I went in person). I only have 1 day each week that I'm not working when they are open so I had to call a lot. When I went in they said that they had the mortgage survey, but were missing a part and were waiting for it to come in. It was ordered and would be there in two weeks and it would be installed the next day. This was a message I received every two weeks for 2 months! Finally when they came to place the stakes (again after I went in) they didn't have the mortgage survey (and probably never did). By the way, they came out after I went in which was 3 days after the last promised date. Also, they never called me once. I had to follow up each time after giving them ample time to make the first call. After the fence was installed I went to pay the balance and was told they added a change of plan charge ($300) when it was them that made the error originally. They did take that off, but it was like pulling teeth just to make sure I didn't get screwed. I had to fix my sprinkler system and pay for my neighbors sprinkler system as well. Please only put 10% down so you don't get stuck like I did.
