Review content:
I took my car\r
into to Purrfect Auto on Crown Valley pkwy after they told me on the phone that they would give me a great deal. I took it in and they told me the repairs would be over $500.oo (replacing my brakes) then he told me I'll cut it down to $460.00. Told me I was getting a good deal.\r
\r
Then they did shotty work, and I also purchased a tune-up, and come to find out they didn't do the tune-up, which they said would be free with a major repair, and then charged me for it too. But, the icing on the cake is that my car had additional problems but I refused to take it back t Purrfect. So I took it to a private mechanic who showed me how them installing the brakes had somehow punctured my brake line and he was amazed that I hadn't run out of brake fluid. Does anyone know what happens whan you run out of brake fluid. THat's right, no brakes. I have a two year old.\r
\r
Never, ever go to purrfect auto. Oh and a side note on discussing how they overcharged me instead of giving me a reason for the over charge he told me mechanics can charge what ever they want.
