Review content:
I cancelled my contract per the buyer's right to cancel which requires a registered letter within three days. The contract states that the refund will be made within 15 business days. It has been over 60 days and I am still unable to obtain a refund. I asked for a timeframe and the employees are unable to give me that information or the name and telephone number of the owner that must authorize. I have now made a complaint to the Attorney General and to see if I can resolve.
