My vehicle's extended service was transferred from a terminated Dick Hannah dealership to Acura of Portland. The transition was smooth and my regularly scheduled maintenance was performed without any hitches. My rewards card helped reduce costs and the service, included seeing my car washed upon completion. In addition, the service rep would come out and have a discussion about issues with my vehicle and never put any pressure to purchase. Being temporarily unemployed, I have been treated with respect and understanding. On some occasions, I found little items were fixed as complimentary. These people treat you as buddies, not just another customer and they don't put on an act.
