Don't be persuaded by the glitz and glam of 23rd Ave. They will not live up to their promises. When they are the ones that screw up your order, you will end up being the one to pay. Even if a dress is altered completely wrong (the seamstress confirmed it) they will tell you it looks great. They will also talk about you behind your back, in front of other customers (I heard it). They will say and do anything to get your money. Spend your money where the staff is more professional and courteous.
