Completely horrible customer service! I would not recommend any one going to this repair shop unless that is you like being talked down to.
I was going into get glasses repaired for a friend. The main guy behind the front desk ( I am assuming is the owner or manager) started to gawk at how bad the glasses were yet he said I would receive a call back within 1-2 days because it was an easy fix.
Two days went by and no one called me back.
I called back on the third day he said he would check to see how they were doing with the person who was repairing them. He said he would update me on their progress and give me a call back within the hour.. which then he changed to say 15 minutes.
I never got a call back!
I called AGAIN the next day which is now the 5th day of horrible communication and customer service. The woman on the phone said they would finish them quickly for me. The repair man was supposedly making them look a littler "" Prettier""
I come in to pick them up. All they did was pin the glasses together in the middle. They were Not at all cleaned up! I found sand in between frames and i could see the metal pins on the backside! A horrible job!
Then to top it all off on the way out the Same guy ( who is the manager whom you will recognize as being pudgy and rat like) Makes the most rude comment ever.
The friend I was getting the glasses repaired for didn't have the money to get them repaired so he just kept wearing his contacts. The man at the counter said, "" Are you kidding? Is the owner of these glasses 17 years old? He should know better""
If you want a shitty repair job for your glasses, horrible customer service, and rude side comments thrown at you. Then this shop is for you!
