I went to Northgate Chrysler with the intentions to purchase a used car. I met with Mario Hood, who was willing and able to work with me. After already purchasing a vehicle in August, but suffering a total loss due to an accident, I didn't know how soon I could walk off another dealers lot with a vehicle. Mario was great! When I told him my intentions of my visit, he told me that he could help me roll away with a brand new vehicle. Not only did I get a 2012 Dodge Caliber, but everyone there was nice and approachable. I used to work in sales and I didn't feel ran over or suckered. I have an affordable new car with GAP insurance and warranty. First time for everything and I am glad that I chose Northgate Chrysler. Most appreciate to my salesman who took the time to show me all the features of the car before I pulled away. I recommend this location!
