I have been getting Grandma's Pizza for over a year and a half now and I have to say, their quality and customer interaction has taken a turn for the worst.
First: If you ever use a coupon, they give you the 3rd degree and never believe you. This has happens every time we use one.
Second: They once delivered the wrong pizza, when we called them back, they took another 40 min, gave us the right one and THEN ASKED FOR THE INCORRECT ONE BACK. Who are you going to give it to? We should of been able to keep the incorrect one as compensation for their dysfunction.
Third: We got our last pizza from them last night...we asked for extra cheese, got one topping. On the second large, they could not even get the cheese to the crust and the crust was super thin. Save yourself sometime and let this small fry chain fail. They now deserve it.
