Okay, I'll admit that it takes a few minutes for them to aknowledge your presence, but in my case, it was all worth it. I had formally been to Jade Dragon to get my nose pierced and had a pretty crappy expirience (lots and lots of gross complications). The Tatoo Factory was not only clean, it also had a friendly atmosphere after the initial waiting period. I dont know about the tatoo artists, so perhaps getting a peircing there is a completley different expirience. But I would recommend any person who wanted to get a piercing to go there. And with my expiriences there, If I were to get a tatoo, that is the first place I would go. In regards to the alleged over charging, that is the price you muct pay for cleanliness and dependability.
Pros: knowledgable artists who really know what they're talking about and a clean enviroment
Cons: sometimes a careless lack of customer service
