If I could give no stars I would, at the annual ""Palmer house"" shareholders meeting this crook couldn't answer one question in regards to how our money was being spent. Numbers never added up and kept deflecting answers.
Fact: He inflated the numbers on the financials
Fact: Deposited our assessment checks into private accounts
Fact: and in 99' was convicted of kickbacks and cutting checks from maintence accounts to do work on his own house.
Fact: every two years we get hit with huge assements Because of this fraud
Fact: He and the board ran out like cowards right before they were about to be voted off board
