I would give this office 0 stars. I went to my scheduled appointment and the idiot at the desk said I didn't have an appointment scheduled. I initially had scheduled an appt and had to reschedule it. She even repeated the new date back to me and said ""make sure you bring your insurance card"". Then she said we are completely booked, but I can give you an appointment for next Wednesday (a week away). I have bronchitis!!! This office was the most unorganized excuse for a drs office I have ever seen!!!!!!!!!
Pros: Nothing was a pro. Even the parking lot sucked!
Cons: Office staff, the office itself. Everything was a horrible experience. You expect to get care when you are sick, not be turned away because of a mistake of the staff.
