I have purchased four vehicles from Douglas and the experience has been fantastic, thanks to Jamie Fishbane! But not only was purchasing of my G37IPL a great deal, but the service department is phenomenal and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Alexis always assists me with her knowledge and her patience in explaining detail information. She takes great pride in always making sure that I am completely satisfied with my vehicle serviced. By the way the entire service department from the best service manager, Gary, to Mario who has always been so helpful with his expertise, to Adam and Adriana, to the knowledgeable technicians and to the courteous valet guys Toby and Rafael. I thank you for all your fantastic service! And if anyone is looking for a great place to purchase a car Douglas is the place to go.
