The staff is incredibly nice. I don't think I've ever received such great customer service. Ana came out to the waiting room, held my hand and walked me to my room. How sweet right? Dr Tsibel came in to meet/greet me before my xrays. He talked to me a little bit before introducing me to his partner Dr. Abaro and Johnny (dental assistant). Johnny was so much fun. He made sure my whole experience was pleasurable and I felt safe in his hands. Not one twitch went unnoticed by him; he was always watching to make sure I wasn't in pain. Dr. Abaro had a conversation with me first about past experiences and my dental history before even starting. As he was examining my teeth, he gave me tips on how I can better my dental hygiene. He even photographed every problem area so I could see what he was talking about! Dr. Abaro doesn't just fix the problem, he teaches you how to avoid them. He took his time and was so thoughtful with every detail.
