Review content:
Not only do they greet you with a smile and remember your name, they take the time to explain what your car needs, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. The waiting room is very comfortable. They even have tables and wireless internet so you can work while they work on your car. We have never had any kind of issue at Frantz Automotive. The car is always fixed and the bill is always what they said it would be. We just bought a new Lexus and while the dealer gave us all kinds of ""incentives"" to come back to them for service, we'll be bringing her to Frantz Automotive. We trust them.
Pros: Large waiting room, wireless internet, knowlegable mechanics/staff, owners on site.
