Our experience with LHM was outstanding. Johnny was the salesman that we worked with and he made buying a new Tundra a very painless process - I have purchased many vehicles in the past and I can honestly say Johnny was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. It's been a while since we last bought a new vehicle and when my wife and I showed up we were expecting to spend hours haggling over prices, dealing with the ""unseen"" manager vs. the actual car salesman, etc. Needless to say, we were both surprised when our expectation was not met (no haggling and no ""unseen"" manager). It almost seemed too easy to buy a truck...I wish every car sales store ran this smoothly.
