Review content:
This company is run by two brothers, Lanny Clifton and Sonny Cliffton. We have come to find out that Lannys wife holds high office with Johnston County Inspectors office and enables her husband and ""Son-Lan"" to pass things when building a home that would ordinarily not pass. They built our home and concealed a massive amount of water under our home until after the sale and allowed a faulty septic tank. When the health dept. was contacted about these issues, we were promised that these problems would be fixed by Son-Lan, (specifically by Lanny Cliffton) and 1 1/2 years later, I contact him only to be told by him that he is not going to fix it and to get a lawyer which was followed by him hanging up on me! While I will not speak for others and their specific experiences, this is not an isolated incident. DO NOT EVER BUY A HOME CONSTRUCTED BY THESE BUILDERS!
