I've never gotten excited about a bank before, but I have to say, WAMU at Century Square is fantastic! Their customer service is always really personal and friendly. They go way above and beyond the call of duty to make my business banking easier, and they have all kinds of cool little benefits to help my business grow. \r

Thomas & Kerin even took the time to come and visit my office to say hello and make sure that I was getting all of my banking needs met. Every teller I've banked with at this branch, has been just a pleasure to work with; and as goofy as it sounds, I actually enjoy going to the bank now (at least this one). \r

It's rare to find such great customer service these days. Kudos on the great work and yay for WAMU!!
Pros: Friendly, professional and personal customer service.
Cons: More banks aren't like this one.
