Me and my wife have been a members of Atomic Boxing for over 4 years. I've lost over 85lbs and my wife has lost 43lbs. We still love this studio even after 4 yrs the workouts are alway different and innovative. The owners are both Black Belt who are also very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I usually get bored with my work outs but the instructors always change things up with the newest fitness trends always keeping the martial arts the main theme. I've been to the other kickboxing gyms in the South Bay but non of them compare to the professional staff, quality of instruction or the facility. The owners know everyone by name so it feels like family. It's worth every penny and my wife looks better than when we married. It's a fun kick butt workout that produces fast results! All I can say is WOW!
